Pay It Forward…

We get so worried about being so pretty. Let’s be pretty kind. Pretty funny. Pretty Smart. Pretty strong.

This is how we pay it forward. Our world is full of so much divide, hate, turmoil, and uncertainty right now. We need to love one another to peace. We need to come from understanding and compassion. We need to go back to the golden rule and treat others how we would want to be treated. When we can take the time to pay it forward and release this positive energy back into the world it makes a difference.

It starts with the self love and care for ourselves. Once we take the time for ourselves we can spread the positive energy out into the world. We need to focus on the little things that nurture us  and sets our souls on fire. Taking time for us. Surrounding ourselves around people that lift us up and fuel our energy with positivity. In return we can give it back to our community and the world we live in. It is the little things. Whether it be a smile, opening a door for a stranger, a positive post on social media, a kind hello, making muffins for your coworkers,

A friendly text message to cheer up a friend. It is the little gestures that make a difference and spread kindness.

I have been in the drive thru line a dozen of times and paid for the car behind me and expected nothing in return. Or I have picked up a persons tab at a restaurant to make someone’s day. It is the little things that cheer people up when they least expect it. It is more fun when you can do them anonymously too. If we can add more love to the world it will eventually help drive out all of the hate in the world. It takes all of us doing our part.

We need to stop being worried about being so pretty. Let’s look from within.

Let’s be pretty kind. Pretty funny. Pretty Smart. Pretty strong. Let’s pay it forward and make a difference for all to feel it and enjoy it.

It starts with us. XO
